Order Hub is the app our wholesale customers use to place and manage orders with Salsabeel Baking Co. This page explains what it keeps about you and why.
What we collect
- Your sign-in. If you continue with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. If you sign in with email and password, we keep your email address. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and are never visible to us.
- Your business's orders. The orders, standing orders, quantities, delivery dates and invoices for the café or shop your account belongs to.
- What you record in the app, such as suppliers you add, stock counts and notes.
- Notifications. If you turn on reminders, a device token so we can send them.
How we use it
Only to run your account: to show you your orders and invoices, to place and invoice the orders you ask for, and to remind you about order deadlines. We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the services that run the app.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase — database and sign-in.
- Cloudflare — hosting.
- Square — invoices and payments for your orders.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
Who can see it
People signed in to your business's account, and the Salsabeel team. Other customers can never see your business's information.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your account while your business orders from us. Order and invoice records are kept as long as we need them for our accounts and taxes. To remove your login or ask what we hold about you, message Salsabeel on the WhatsApp number you order through and we'll take care of it.
